    辅导员日志(楔子)

    连我自己都感到意外,最后居然成为9字班的辅导员。从第一次申请辅导员(当时选的是网络/心理或者大三辅导员)到现在将近两年的时间里,经历了烦冗的出国手续办理,经历了悠闲而美好的欧洲游学,最后又回到了这样的起点。决定接手这项工作的时候,我并不是非常向往,对我而言也并非像以前那样如此有热情,而是出于微所的相关老师对我的信任,出于一种对电子系的回馈。带着这样一种复杂的心情,8月份刚刚回国的我匆匆踏上了这样的岗位……
     
    简单回顾下这些日子的事情吧,从开始的各种迎新,培训,到3周的军训,再到H1N1的波折,再到国庆方阵的起起落落,这些都意味着这些90后的孩子们承受的压力/承受的打击一点儿不比我们少,这也让我由衷地为他们而感到高兴。从他们在军训场上的飒爽英姿,不畏艰苦,从他们拉练的时候无一掉队,从他们无法参加国庆游行后成功组织的运动会/板报评比,再到国庆回来以后各班开始了比学赶超的学风,这些进步与成功都能让我深切地感受到90后的成长与成熟,他们有主见,有想法,视野也更广泛,几乎可以同时的和我们这些“老人”们一起接受新事物,他们有激情,有活力,我很荣幸能见证他们的成功。
     
    从担任辅导员到现在已经差不多两个多月了,开会/谈心/走访宿舍/聊经验的时间不少,在实验室里也相当忙碌,唯独就是停下脚步静静的思考的时间不多,因此有了这个辅导员日志。我想把自己在辅导员相关工作的点点滴滴都记录下来,想把孩子们的成熟与成功也记录下来……以此共勉
